Celebrating Your Life, Living Your Dreams

I am positive, caring and genuine. I approach counseling and coaching with an infectious and welcoming enthusiasm. Our work together will be a dynamic and interactive process, blending empathy and compassion with humor and honesty.

I see counseling as a path leading to healing, discovery, and empowerment. Counseling offers you the space to examine many aspects of your present life including how your past experiences may be influencing your view of your current life. Counseling can help to illuminate and discover answers to universal questions such as:

  • “Why am I…”

  • “Why do I…”

Through counseling we will also examine your internal automatic negative tapes or your saboteur. As you challenge and shift those beliefs, you become the author of your own life.

I see coaching as a process of looking at the big picture and addressing the smaller pieces to move you forward towards your goals and dreams.  In coaching we will begin where you are, identify where you want to be, and create a map to move you into a life of intention and purpose. Coaching is a journey of discovery, perpetually informative and personally fulfilling.

I am truly excited to help you move more fully into the life you are meant to live.
