80 minute session – 150.00

Insurance:
I do not bill insurance. I can provide you with a receipt and your insurance company may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. I cannot guarantee reimbursement, please contact your provider for this information.
Coaching Practice:
I offer a 30 minute free sample session that gives you the opportunity to experience coaching before entering a longer term coaching relationship. Once deciding to move forward our initial session will be 2 hours in length by phone or in person. During this Discovery Session we discuss what you want to get out of coaching, how we will work together, and identify where you are now and look at where you are
wanting to go. We will then begin to meet, usually by phone and typically 2 to 3 times per month.
